Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18 or over; were pregnant; with diastasis from 2 cm; no previous abdominal aesthetic surgeries; no musculoskeletal disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; Women diagnosed with a hernia in the midline of the abdomen; Obese

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effects of the Pilates Method on the inter-rectum distance of women with DMRA when compared to the control group.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To verify the existence of a correlation between inter-rectum distance, muscle function and complaints of pelvic floor dysfunction in women with DMRA.
