Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being 18 years of age or older; being the main caregiver of an elderly person with dementia; having access to a smartphone with internet and knowing how to use a messaging application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have difficulty communicating, hearing and understanding the questions asked by the researcher
