Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Improvement Of Endothelial Function; Obtained By The Vascular Ultrasound Equipment Of The Brachial Artery; Verified By The Method Of Increasing The Dilation Mediated By The Blood Flow Before And After Physical Training;Increased Functional Capacity (Peak VO2); Obtained By Ergospirometry Equipment; Through The Evaluation Method With Incremental Load Before And After Physical Training;Improvement of oxygen kinetics, obtained by oxygen dynamics measured by ergo-pyrometry before and after training | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Improvement Of Autonomic Modulation; Evaluated By Cardiofrequency Meter; Evidenced By The Reduction Of The Action Of The Sympathetic Nervous System And Increase Of The Action Of The Parasympathetic Nervous System Before And After Physical Training;Improvement In The Body Composition; Evidenced By The DEXA; Evidenced By Increase Of Lean Mass And Reduction Of Adipose Tissue Before And After Physical Training;Improved Functional Physical Ability; Obtained From The Short Battery Of Physical Performance Before And After Physical Training;Improvement Of Muscle Quality; Evaluated By The Ecointensity Method and muscle tickness; Evidenced By Ultrasound Of Muscular Surface Before And After Physical Training;Increase Of Muscle Strength; Evidenced By Maximum Repetition Test And Peak Isokinetic Torque Before And After Physical Training;Increase Of The Palmar Grip Strength; Evaluated By Palmar Grip Strength; Obtained By Handgrip Before And After Physical Training;Improvement of pulmonary function; assessed by spirometry, manovacuometry and powerbreath;to compare the baseline data of muscle microvascular fractional O2 extraction kinetics on exercise in HFpEF and HFrEF | — |
