Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: to be a patient at the AHC-UEL psychiatry clinic; be between 18 and 65 years old; have a telephone with internet connection available; being diagnosed with BD; understand instructions on using the app.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) cognitive deficit that does not allow the understanding of the free and informed consent term and the understanding of instructions for use of the app; b) unstable or hospitalized patients; c) problems or inability to operate a smartphone touch screen.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We expect to find improved treatment adherence, which will be assessed by applying the MARS scale.;Evaluate improvement of mood symptoms through reports generated by the application while using it.;We expect overall cognition to improve, as assessed by the Think it instrument.
