Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: children of both sexes; aged between 8 and 10 years; regularly enrolled in the 3rd to 5th grades of elementary school at the participating school
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: children with a clinical condition that contraindicates participation in light- to moderate-intensity physical activities without medical authorization; who do not complete the assessments scheduled at the pre- and post-intervention time points
