Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants whose parents and / or guardians agree to participate in the survey; participants without systemic impairment and with no medical history of local and systemic allergic reactions to any medications; participants not submitted to antibiotic therapy at least one month before microbiological collection; participants with at least one deciduous tooth (anterior or posterior) with clinical and radiographic diagnosis of pulp necrosis due to carious lesion; teeth in condition to be restored; deciduous teeth with at least two thirds root remaining; with degree 0 (absent) or 1 (slightly higher than normal) mobility; with absence of periodontal pocket; no previous endodontic treatment; no internal resorption
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who do not agree or participate in the study or do not collaborate with it will be excluded; with systemic changes; who have been on antibiotic therapy at least one month before the start of treatment and / or during the evaluation period; deciduous teeth with reversible pulpitis; not recoverable; with extensive pathological internal and external resorption; excessive mobility.
