Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women older than 18 years, complaining of urge incontinence or mixed (with a major component of emergency)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pelvic surgery for correction of urinary incontinence less than two years, presence of vaginal or urinary infection, can not understand or sign the informed consent; not understand or are unable to perform the proposed treatment, pregnancy or the postpartum period including the period of six months after delivery; intolerance to the use of imipramine; Urinary Incontinence Mixed Incontinence pure or predominant component of the effort, heart disease, severe liver disease, severe kidney disease with loss of renal function, hyperthyroidism, acute angle glaucoma, epilepsy disease; Parkinson's disease, uncontrolled hypertension, patients with a history of alcohol or drugs.
