Age
18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with self-perceived poor sleep quality; age range of 18 to 60 years; both sexes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; participants using a pacemaker
