Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 60 years; Sedentaries (<150min of moderate physical activity per week); With subjective complaints of memory impairment or mild cognitive impairment; Agreement to sign the Informed Consent Form to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Illiterate; With health problems that can prevent safe walking; Patients with severe congestive heart failure.

| Mean difference between and within group of daily physical activity data (number of steps, distance in km, total calories spent, calories spent during activity, measured using the Power Walker ™ PW-610 electronic accelerometer type physical activity monitor (YAMAX CORPORATION, Japan). The data will be verified by means of the t student test method, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements;Mean difference between and within group in walking distance and peal walking speed evaluated by the Incremental Shuttle Walk Test (ISWT). The results will be utilized to redict VO2 peak (oxygen consumption) ;Mean difference between and within group of outcomes in global cognition, executive functions, processing speed and attention, visual-space and memory, avaliated by neuropsychological and cognitive tests. | — |
