Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; age 18-59 years; not be taking regular exercise and targeted to at least one year; have the permission of the medical team for physical exercise; availability time in three days a week in the evening for an hour a day for 6 months; no orthopedic limitations; absence of neurological limitations; absence of severe cardiovascular disease that would prevent the practice of physical exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unavailability time; history of abuse of alcohol or drugs; We are practicing physical exercise regularly over the past 12 months; not have medical clearance for physical exercise; physical limitations that prevent physical exercise; neurological limitation that prevents physical exercise; cardiovascular disease in serious condition.

Reduction of waist circumference, reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure, reduction in triglyceride levels, increase in HDL-C levels, decreased blood glucose.;Significant reductions in measurements of systolic blood pressure with p = 0.01 and diastolic blood pressure with p <0.001 verified through the evaluation of blood pressure levels.
