Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: UniCesumar undergraduate medical students; aged 18 years or older; both genders; who wish to participate in the study; who can participate in at least three to four sessions of the mindfulness program; and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who report prior experience with mindfulness and other meditative practices in the last 12 months
