Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate dental students regularly enrolled in the Stomatology course at the School of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo; voluntarily agree to participate in the study; provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who have previously received training using three-dimensional models related to the content addressed in the study; students who are not regularly enrolled in the Stomatology course; students who do not provide written informed consent

Immediate academic performance of students receiving instruction with three-dimensional printed models compared with students receiving conventional teaching, assessed through scores obtained on a multiple-choice examination and a practical assessment administered immediately after the educational intervention	—
