Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People aged 60 or over; male and female; independent; participants in the Vitalità program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Older adults with self-reported cognitive diseases; Those who do not sign the Informed Consent Form.

| A change in participants’ quality of life is expected, assessed using the World Health Organization Quality of Life – Bref and the World Health Organization Quality of Life – Old instruments, considering the scores of their domains and facets and comparing the results obtained before and after the intervention. | Expected changes include anthropometric indicators, specifically body mass index, calf circumference, waist circumference, and arm circumference, as well as modifications in health literacy, social involvement, and in the participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and dietary practices, all measured using instruments applied before and after the intervention.
