Age
18 Years to 69 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (with at least 6 months of diagnosis time);non-smokers; without coexisting pathologies such as diabetes; hypertension and kidney disease;cardiovascular diseases; rheumatic diseases and any other diseases involving an inflammatory process; without the use of a vitamin-mineral supplement; who voluntarily agreed to participate in the research, with the consent materialized by signing the Informed Consent Term.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who changed city and/or state; who did not have telephone contact;who discontinued use of the supplement; who did not attend the collection of biological material
