Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged 60 years or older and residing in the community, have a medical diagnosis of dementia (of any subtype, except dementia with Lewy bodies or secondary to Parkinson's disease) documented in the medical record, mild level of dementia (CDR 1), have a caregiver willing and able to act as an informant for the participant, do not have physical disabilities that prevent the performance of functional tests in the evaluation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: volunteers diagnosed with a severe neurological or orthopedic condition or other comorbidities that prevent participation in the intervention (exercises)
