Self-controlled study. Intervention 1 group (16 athletes -same as intervention 2 and control ) will exercise in cycle ergometer with for 12 minutes wearing a cotton facemask. Intervention 2 group

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were men or women aged> 18 years old who had a normal health screening within the last 12 months and no chronic comorbidities and were currently cycling at least 3 times a week either for sport or recreationally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not finish at least 50% of facemask exercise
