Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; over 25 years old; undergoing treatment for breast cancer or a breast cancer survivor; fatigue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Practitioners of resistance exercises or similar exercises; vegetarian; smokers; alcoholics; with endocrine diseases; gynecological; joints; cardiac; myopathies; arthropathies; neuropathies; muscle disorders; thromboembolic; infectious diseases; metastases; concomitant tumors.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a more pronounced improvement in systemic (circulating) inflammatory markers associated with fatigue (sensations and fatigue) in the intervention group compared to the control, in breast cancer survivors

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To verify whether resistance training improves muscle mass thickness and reduces intramuscular fat and increases muscle strength.
