Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| It is expected to evaluate the evolution of serum levels of B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) or N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) before and after a training program with or without blood flow restriction, verified through standardized laboratory measurement, based on the observation of a significant reduction in mean values between baseline and after 12 weeks of intervention | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| It is expected to generate new clusters of patients with heart failure capable of identifying good responders to cardiac rehabilitation methods, verified through lipidomic, metabolomic, microRNA analyses and flow-mediated dilation, based on the observation of specific phenotypic patterns that allow the development of personalized treatments in patients with severe heart failure | — |
