Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 years or more; of both sexes; diagnosed with CRF and on kidney dialysis, who are not performing exercises frequently, having dvd player at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unable to take exercise, without cognitive capacity, which prevents the understanding and implementation of the proposed exercises, which are not available to participate in all stages of the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in functional capacity of patients undergoing muscle endurance training, assessed by the test "Sit and raises" The elevation of cycles performed in the test after the intervention mean improvement in functional capacity ;Improves the quality of life of patients undergoing resistance training, muscle assessed by questionnaire KDQOL-SF (Kidney Disease and Quality of Life – Short Form );Improvement in activities of daily living of patients undergoing resistance training, assessed by the Katz and Lawton scales;Improves flexibility of the patients undergoing resistance training, assessed by 3rd Test finger-ground;Improvement in renal function of patients undergoing resistance training, assessed by clinical examination.

Improvement in anthropometric aspects of patients undergoing resistance training, evaluated by measurements of weight, height, Body Mass Index and waist circumference.
