Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women aged between 18 and 61 years, all races, with a BMI between 30 and 40 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, inability to read and interpret dietary prescription or fill food record, use of medications for weight reduction, antidepressants, antipsychotics, corticosteroids, lithium, previous diagnosed diabetes, uncontrolled psychiatric diseases, major psychiatric disorders, generalized anxiety, major depression, uncontrolled thyroid diseases.
