Age
12 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Molars and pre-molars; Endodontic treatment; Absence of pain and endodontic complications; Contact with the antagonist;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Significant tooth loss that justify indirect restorations; Patient with bruxism; Presence of extense parcial prothesis; Total prothesis as antagonist.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the durability of direct restorations with transfixed fiberglass posts compared to conventional direct restorations using a modified USPHS table with the following criteria: retention, marginal adaptation, marginal discoloration, color, surface texture, anatomical shape and secondary caries. Follow up every 6 months for 2 years.
