| Evaluate muscle strength. It is expected to find an improvement in the strength of upper and lower limbs in all groups, however it is expected that the group that underwent combined training with Vitamin D supplementation will have the best result. The strength of the upper limbs will be assessed by manual dynamometry and the strength of the lower limbs will be assessed by the sit-to-stand test.;Assess body composition: body fat percentage, total fat, total muscle mass, appendicular muscle mass. It is expected that both groups will experience a decrease in body fat percentage and total fat, as well as an increase in total muscle mass and appendicular lean mass. However, better results are expected in the group that combined training and Vitamin D. The method used to obtain these results is the Dexa Scan.;Evaluate inflammatory status: tumor necrosis factor alpha a (TNF-a) and interleukin 6 (IL-6). It is expected that both groups will have decreased expression of inflammation markers. However, it is anticipated that the group that combined training and Vitamin D will have a better outcome. The method for evaluation is through blood sample assessment, using the Cytokine/Chemokine Magnetic bead panel Kit (EMD Millipore Corporation) for evaluation. | — |

| Evaluation of muscle strength. It is expected to find improvement in muscle strength of upper and lower limbs in both groups, however, the group that received the training intervention and Vitamin D will have a better outcome. The method for evaluation was the comparison of muscle strength in each exercise, at the beginning and at the end of the 12-week intervention, the exercises are: leg press, bench press, leg extension machine, seated row, leg curl machine, pulley pull down, calf raise on leg. | — |
