| It is expected to find a significant improvement in maximum dynamic strength assessed by the one-repetition maximum (1-RM) test. A p-value of less than or equal to 0.05 will be adopted to establish statistical significance. Data will be collected approximately one week before the intervention begins and approximately one week after the intervention ends;A significant improvement in Peak Torque is expected to be found through an isokinetic dynamometer. A p-value of less than or equal to 0.05 will be adopted to establish statistical significance. Data will be collected approximately one week before the start of the intervention and approximately one week after the end of the intervention;A significant improvement in Lower Limb Power is expected to be found through the assessment of vertical jumps. A p-value of less than or equal to 0.05 will be adopted to establish statistical significance. Data will be collected approximately one week before the start of the intervention and approximately one week after the end of the intervention | — |
