Eligibility

Age
60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being over 60 years old; under 90 years old; both sexes; being residents of the city of Sacramento / MG; consenting to participate in the research by signing the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people with severe lower limb dysfunction; associated neurological diseases; individuals with visual changes without corrections or that make it impossible to see; musculoskeletal disorders that make it impossible to execute the proposed protocol; disorders of biomechanics; severe cognitive disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
As the primary outcome, participants are expected to adhere to the survey and to improve the participants' body balance and quality of life.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
From the research, it is expected to obtain data that will be able to determine if the association of the dual task with kinesiotherapy was relevant in comparison with traditional kinesiotherapy and if after the interventions the participants will obtain a satisfactory index of improvement in their quality of life.
