Age
6 Years to 11 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children from 6 to 11 years of age; male and female sex; with diagnosis of overweight and obesity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children younger than 6 years and older than 11 years, individuals who use drugs that influence cardiac autonomic activity, and those who are carriers of respiratory or metabolic diseases diagnosed before the evaluation

| Expected outcome 1: Improvement of the motor profile assessed through the motor and software development scale called MoveHero after intervention with exergames and alterations in the sympathetic or parasympathetic heart rate modulation of the individuals. The results are being analyzed.;Expected outcome 2: Improvement in the metabolic profile, in the items that were submitted to the evaluation as capillary glycemia, total cholesterol, fat percentage and basal metabolic rate, before and after the intervention with exergames. The results are being analyzed.;Expected outcome 3: Positive results in the level of physical activity, which will be verified through a regular physics questionnaire, before and after the intervention with exergames.
