Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with low back pain lasting symptoms from at least three months; aged between 18 and 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Practitioners of Pilates; pregnancy; history of fractures of the spine; inflammatory disorders; tumors; severe neurological impairment; inability to speak or write in Portuguese; pretreatment physical therapy for chronic non-specific pain in the last

Improves clinically important two points in the intensity of pain assessed by pain numeric scale;Improves clinically important three points for disability assessed by the Roland Morris.
