Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women; eighteen to forty-five years; to be in the sixth month postpartum; have a body mass index greater than or equal to twenty-five kilograms per square meter
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; Present a diagnosis of a pre-existing chronic disease during pregnancy (diabetes, hypertension and cancer); being monitored by a nutritionist
