Eligibility

Age
60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be aged =60 years. Be normotensive or controlled hypertensive. Be sedentary. Have the cognitive ability to understand the research process. Sign the free and informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Attendance at training sessions below 85%. Do not respond to questionnaires. Present systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 160 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 100 mmHg recurrently in 3 training sessions. Not using your antihypertensive medication regularly

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to observe, through heart rate variability analyses, biochemical blood tests and body composition analysis, that the practice of multimodal exercise reduces cardiovascular risk in elderly and hypertensive individuals.
