Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: To be regularly enrolled in the Physical Education course; to be between 18 and 30 years old; to have no cognitive diagnoses and neurological disorders, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder; to not use psychotropic drugs; to have normal or corrected vision by lenses
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: To have allergy to milk, soy or gluten or lactose intolerance or adherence to a restricted diet; to have physical problems that prevent the performance of physical exercise; to have a previous chronic disease such as diabetes or hypertension that prevents the performance of the proposed methodology; to have not signed the Free and Informed Consent Form for participation in the research
