60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly aged 60 years or older, of both sexes, who are being treated at the Basic Health Units, and/or attending the selected elderly centers and who accept to participate in the research by signing the Free and Informed Consent Term will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people who have some physical and mental limitation to participate in the research will be excluded.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in aspects of life in elderly people with low back pain after the end of the research, which are evaluated through the brief pain inventory - reduced form, measured at the beginning and end of the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a decrease of at least 2 levels of pain in elderly people with low back pain, evaluated through the brief pain inventory - reduced form at the beginning and at the end of the research
