Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adolescent; competitive swimmers; aged 10 to 19 years; of both sexes; regularly engaged in swimming training and participating in regional, state, or national competitions; agreement to participate in the study and signature of the informed consent form by the legal guardian and assent by the adolescent when applicable
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal injury or clinical condition that prevents the performance of the physical tests; use of medications or supplements that may interfere with performance or physiological or biochemical responses; failure to comply with the study instructions; absence from any study stage
