Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants with low back pain, regardless of the duration of symptoms; low back pain is defined as pain or discomfort, localised below the costal margin and above the inferior gluteal folds, with or without leg pain; aged 18 years or more; participants receiving or seeking physical therapy treatment for low back pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with severe spinal diseases (e.g.: Fractures, tumors, and inflammatory pathologies with ankylosing spondylitis; presence of lumbar radiculopathy (Self-reported pain radiating down below the knee with at least one of the following characteristics: numbness or pins and needles in a dermatomal distribution, weakness and reflex changes in a myotomal distribution); pregnancy; participants who have suspected or confirmed kidney disease; education level below fifth grade.

| To assess patients' beliefs regarding the importance of imaging exams for patients with low back pain using the method that the participant indicates the level of agreement with two statements by selecting an alternative in a 5-point Likert scale, ranging from 1.strongly disagree to 5.strongly agree. The two statements that will be used are: Statement 1. X-rays or scans are necessary to get the best medical care for low back pain; and Statement 2. Everyone with low back pain should have spine imaging (e.g. X-ray, CT or MRI) | — |
