Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To assess the muscular imbalance between knee flexors and extensors (It is expected to find an improvement in muscular imbalance, obtaining muscular rebalancing after 4 weeks of training in the intervention group, through the reassessment of localized muscular repetition (RML) and the use of the RM 2.0 application to calculate muscular imbalance. It was observed whether through the RML test there was an increase in the repetition of the muscles that were unbalanced, thus having an improvement in muscular rebalancing. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To evaluate the functional performance of athletes. It is expected that with the proposed intervention there will be an improvement in the functional performance of athletes, measuring this improvement through the comparison between evaluation and reevaluation of functional tests (hop tests, and vertical jump) after 4 weeks of intervention. Observing an increase in jumps and the time taken to perform them. | — |
