Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male singers; Aged between 18 and 35 years; With training or experience in singing voice of at least three years; Perform at least one musical presentation in public.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of the following medications; Antihistamine, antidepressants, antihypertensive, hypoglycemic and anti-inflammatory; Complaint of auditory acuity; History of neurological disease, psychiatric disorders, renal, pulmonary, hepatic and / or cardiovascular problems; Abuse of alcohol, tobacco and users of illicit substances; Moderate to severe dysphonia.

Check that the acute intranasal administration of oxytocin in men singers are able to minimize the effects of anxiety in musical performance in vocal quality . Through analysis of the vocal acoustic measures of voice recording of individuals throughout the research , using the pitch Real time software (Figure 2) Hardware Computerized Speech Lab / Model 6103 Kay Pentax® and MultiDimensional Voice Program ( MDVP ) of Computerized software speech Lab / Model 6103 Kay Pentax® and perceptual evaluation and intraobserver visual and inter vocal quality and musical performance in the singing voice recordings in audio and video.;Check that the acute intranasal administration of oxytocin in men singers are able to minimize the effects of anxiety in musical performance in self-perception during the singing. through analysis of responses throughout the experiment obtained by : Analog Scale of Humor - VAMS Scale for self-assessment of performance in public - state version ( SSPS -E ) and scale perceptual self-assessment and touch kinesthetic voice of individuals of oxytocin - placebo groups (GOP ) , for which it was administered intranasal oxytocin at first and placebo in the second time ; B). Group called placebo - oxytocin ( GPO) for which will be administered placebo and subsequently oxytocin.
