Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 90 Individuals of both sexes; aged between 18 and 59 years; healthy self-appointed; residence in João Pessoa-PB, signing the free and informed consent term.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any somatic or mental disorder diagnosed; pregnant women; individuals with chronic use of drugs, including drugs / substances that interfere in the degree of anxiety.

Reducing Anxiety Inventory scores evaluated by trace-state anxiety from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the measurements between the groups. ;Maintenance of Anxiety Inventory scores evaluated by State-trait anxiety, with no variation of at least 5% in the measurements between the groups.
