Age
18 Years to 59 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 59 years old; both sexes; first postoperative day of lower limb fracture fixation; Clinically stable; Making use of anti-inflammatory medication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Ribs fractures and / or upper limbs and / or preventing the intervention; diagnosis of rhabdomyolysis; limitations that prevent exercises performance
