Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 59 years old; both sexes; first postoperative day of lower limb fracture fixation; Clinically stable; Making use of anti-inflammatory medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ribs fractures and / or upper limbs and / or preventing the intervention; diagnosis of rhabdomyolysis; limitations that prevent exercises performance

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1: mean difference in CK and LDH values, evaluated with blood collection before and after the physical therapy intervention in the intervention group.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 2: no mean difference of CK and LDH values, assessed by blood collection before and after rest in the control group.
