Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We will evaluate the differences in serum BNP / ADH hormone values ??using laboratory methods from before the intervention and 90 to 120 days after the intervention. We hope to find an inversion in BNP / ADH values ??in children undergoing surgery, that is, a decrease in BNP values ??and increases in ADH values, and maintenance of values ??in children in the control group before and after urotherapy.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We will evaluate the differences in the averages of patients' dry nights before and after the interventions; this measurement will be made using a 30 days dry nights diary 30 before the intervention and 90 to 120 days after the interventions. We hope to find an improvement in the dry nights diary of children undergoing surgery and a maintenance of dry night values ??in the diary of children in the control group.
