Eligibility
Age
15 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sedentary (without regular physical activity for the last six months); wanting to learn how to play chess; avaliability to participate in the evaluations and interventions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: motor impairment or stroke; presenting neurological diseases that interfere in cognition and/or mobility.
