Eligibility

Age
20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis; age over 20 years; score on the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) lower or equal to 6.5; presence of symptoms of urinary dysfunction for at least six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate; exacerbation of symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis during treatment; cognitive decline; imposibility to attend the treatment sessions.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement the quality of life index, verified by means of the Repeated Measures Analysis of Variances, with p<0.05 and statistical power of 80%.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease the lower urinary tract symptoms in women with Multiple Sclerosis.
