Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals referred for fitting total bimaxillary older than 40 years, who agree to sign an Informed Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under the age of 39 years, patients with cancer who do not agree to sign an informed consent. Dentofacial deformity, trauma in the head and neck. Individuals who take muscle relaxant
