Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cervical spinal cord injury Submitted to tracheostomy difficult weaning from mechanical ventilation 48 complete hours of nebulization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: thoracic or lumbar spinal cord injury 48 not complete hours of nebulization not Submitted to tracheostomy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of time in intensive care unit and hospitalization,and the improvement of breathy muscles functions in patients on mechanical ventilation. The evaluation will be performed by comparison of two groups, hospitalization days group and time on mechanical ventilation. The intervation will be considerated effective if it present value p< 0,05 in the estatistical analysis using the Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test.
