Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older than 18 years; Affected with low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years; Patients not belonging to the Hospital del Henares; Less than 3 months of evolution of the pathology

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find that Therapeutic Pilates treatment in patients with non-specific low back pain, compared to the conventional treatment of the School of the Back, has greater efficacy in the short and medium term in the treatment of pain. Analysis and comparison between the effectiveness of both treatments in relation to the intensity level of the pain using a post-treatment VAS scale. After concluding the treatment in the hospital, to continue carrying out this branch of therapeutic exercise. Analysis and comparison between the effectiveness of both treatments in relation to the number of relapses after post-treatment medical discharge. For all these comparisons, a statistical analysis will be carried out, based on the finding of a variation of at least 5% in the measurements before and after treatment. intervention and compared between both treatments
