Inclusion criteria: Older than 18 years; Affected with low back pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years; Patients not belonging to the Hospital del Henares; Less than 3 months of evolution of the pathology

| It is expected to find that Therapeutic Pilates treatment in patients with non-specific low back pain, compared to the conventional treatment of the School of the Back, has greater efficacy in the short and medium term in the treatment of pain. Analysis and comparison between the effectiveness of both treatments in relation to the intensity level of the pain using a post-treatment VAS scale. After concluding the treatment in the hospital, to continue carrying out this branch of therapeutic exercise.
