Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physicians working in the basic health unit; regardless of gender, age, years of graduation and years in the unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are no criteria for physician exclusion; except personal refusal; risk of cross-contamination.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the occurrence of adverse events such as bleeding, in the period of five months, verified by means of an interview with the patients after five months who received the prescription of the physicians, from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the measurements between the group with anticoagulation management oral with the use of the application versus without the use of the application.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the occurrence of hospitalizations, adverse drug reactions and drug-related problems in the five-month period, verified by means of an interview with the patients after five months who received the physicians' prescription, based on a variation of at least 5% in the measurements between the group with oral anticoagulation management with the use of the application versus without the use of the application.
