There will be two groups, experimental and control, each group composed of 43 subjects of both sexes, aged between 18 and 59 years. The groups will be randomized using randon.org, a randomization prog

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages of 18 and 59; without gender restrictions; who have been running for at least two months and can cover a distance of ten kilometers without interruption.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Self-report musculoskeletal pain at the time of the evaluation; have a difference greater than 1.5 cm in lower limb size will be excluded.
