Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acceptable oral hygiene; present at least 20 teeth under occlusion; present at least two non-carious cervical lesions to be restored in two different teeth; non-carious lesions deeper than 1 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a compromised medical history; periodontal disease; severe or active carious disease; use of orthodontic appliances.

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome: An evaluator calibrated and blind to the proposed treatments will perform the evaluations at all time periods. Restorations will be evaluated using a clinical table based on World Dental Federation (FDI) criteria .61,62 The evaluations will be performed by the researcher with the aid of a clinical mirror, exploratory probe and magnifying glass. The evaluation periods will be: baseline and after 6, 12 and 18 months of clinical care.—
