Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic total rupture, with more than 3 weeks of injury; lesions visualized by magnetic resonance and without retraction greater than the nipple line in the axial plane on T2; lesions occurred during weight training or CrossFit; patients average aged between 20 and 40 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not return for follow-up; not undergo the proposed exams or evaluations; patients who end up being disconnected from the study
