Interventions

A group of 20 insufficiently active adult subjects will participate in 2 experimental sessions (cross-delineation) randomly, with an interval of 14 days between sessions. Volunteers will arrive in the
ii) continuous moderate aerobic exercise (20 minutes in moderate intensity). In both sessions the volunteers will return to the laboratory for 2 consecutive days for blood collection. During exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men aged 20-35 years; Insufficiently active (less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers; Chronic non-transmissible degenerative disease such as hypertension or diabetes; Use of any medication that influences the function of the cardiovascular system; Use of anti-inflammatory drugs; Any type of ergogenic agent; Bone or muscle limitation for maximum physical exertion.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Less sensation of pleasure in high-intensity interval exercise, evaluated by the scale of feeling (i.e., 11 point scale) during the exercise (i.e., every 1 minute), verified by a difference of at least one point in the scale, when compared to the moderate-intensity continuous exercise.
