Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-30 years. Active sex life, defined as reporting any sexual intercourse in the last three months. Active and non-athletes, physical activity for more than 150 minutes per week. Normal body mass index (BMI) (between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current pregnancy or prior. Reporting of urinary leakage last week. Presence of pelvic organ prolapse. Presence of constipation, defined as weekly evacuation less than three times. Presence of pelvic pain. History of pelvic surgery. Amenorrhea.
