Age
35 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a perception of low back pain equal to or greater than 4 on the visual analog pain scale VAS; have medical clearance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Are undergoing or have undergone less than 4 months of physiotherapeutic treatment involving strength and / or flexibility training; the pain is caused by trauma; who have high blood pressure.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcomes will be pain, functional disability and stress level. For pain, the visual analog scale will be used, for disability the Roland-Morris / Brazil questionnaire will be used and for the level of stress, the perceived stress questionnaire will be used. Measure 1 will be taken at the beginning of the study and measure 2, at the end, 8 weeks after

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Muscle strength and level of cortisol and creatine kinase. For muscle strength, the strength test of the trunk flexor muscles will be performed, where the individual is in supine position and performs the trunk flexion. For the extensor test, the participant is in the supine position and performs the spine extension. For the test of strength of the obliques, the participant is in the supine position. performs a column flexion with lateral rotation. The analysis of the level of cortisol and Creatine Kinase will be performed through blood collection.
