Interventions

This investigation is a longitudinal, randomized controlled trial with blinded assessment that will utilize a quantitative approach. The training program will include 60 participants (30 per group) an
homes via video calls (remote group), using minimal household infrastructure. Participants will be randomized into two different groups: conventional face-to-face (in-person group) and telerehabilitat
s laboratory, participants in the remote group will receive a home training low-cost kit. This kit will include an illustrated manual with photographs of the exercises, a training log, and instruction

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having undergone kidney transplantation at least six months prior to enrollment; absence of medical contraindications to physical exercise, as determined by medical evaluation; absence of physical impairments that would prevent completion of the assessments or execution of the exercise protocol; adequate cognitive capacity to understand the research procedures and provide informed consent; and access to a digital device with internet connectivity that enables teleconferencing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent cardiac events or clinical decompensation within the previous 1 month; physical, cognitive, and/or social limitations that preclude participation in a physical exercise program or the ability to understand and adhere to device-based monitoring

Differences in cardiac autonomic modulation, measured by Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis; clinical characteristics; functional status

Second outcomes will be related to changes in functional capacity, physical variables and a quality of life
